some people hurt themselves when they have a stress,they dont know what they must do to control it.if this happens to you please try to find ways to manage it.be with people,friend and family.avoid to be alone because you can think much things then stress grown bigger.you can also speak to a friend or relative that you trust.tel her or him the way you feel and they will try their best to help and counsel you.is this topic helping?

Coping with stress is really easy if you have good compensation for that stress like for example after a hard days work you are satisfied and proud that you did a good job, secondly you family or friends are a good source of anti-stress. It is good to loosen up for a while and just relax.

I don't want stress to hinder me from enjoying life at the fullest. I make it a point that whenever i am stressed ,i have to do something to eliminate it or to mitigate its effect on me. Sometimes, at the office when i am stressed, i would loudly hum a tune to distract me from being further stressed. My office mate would ask why i am acting that way, and when i say because i am so stressed , we would all laugh and they would say , "aah, so that's why!"
