How to find out when GOD say NO to your prayer

You know I always hear this sentence to all my church mate; GOD is too good for your wish not to be granted. And I actually think, how can I see what He wants to me or not. I mean how to find out when HE say No to my prayer?
Can you help me guys?

When I am asking God for a fervently for a request, I tell Him to show me a sign if the answer is positive. One time, I was desperate, and I asked God to show me a rainbow. It was night time and we were gathered in the church. As I communicated with God, so the priest brought a thousand rosaries in colorful beads from his huge black bag. And he gave it to me to distribute to the parishioners.
If the answer is negative, the things I ask for is nowhere to be found. I always ask for something out of the ordinary. And I set time limit.

I see, you set a time limit for your request to GOD. To be honest, I post this discussion because I pray to GOD since 2010 for a job. And until right now, I don't have any job, I tried to apply to many company for a job but I'm always failed in my interview. I don't know what is the answer of GOD to my prayer but my situation right now makes me not to sleep easily at night. I envy my age like that I know for they have their own career in their job, I'm the only one that is leave behind.

axlrate, the field is very competitive now. Jobs are extremely difficult to get, especially if you are applying for a job that you are not suited in. First, determine what it is that you are really passionate about. What is your college degree. Are you truly interested in it? An HR interviewer can easily spot if you are not fit for the job. It is because you simply want that job, what is being asked is how well you can help the company when you get hired. So apply only in jobs that you are interested in. Prepare a good resume and list down all the skills you have. Buy a good outfit for the interviews. Look in the mirror and see for yourself if you are the whole package an HR is looking for. Practice the way you speak. Rehash the guideline on courtesy and politeness. Communication is the key to landing a good job for you.
As advice I gave to my daughter who is graduating this month, start from the bottom. That is the way you can be effective when you're at the top. And she went You mean you want me to apply as a clerk? I replied There is nothing wrong in that.

We can easily found out what God wants us to tell something is through praying and reading the bible, in this way the Holy Spirit will speak to you through reading the bible and praying. It is also on how we can know God's will for us. God only know what would be the best for us. Maybe, there is something that God wants us to do but we are deaf to hear His words because we are lacking on praying to Him. Communication with our Father is very important this will determine how are relationship with God now? is there any progress or none?
