i believe in both hard work and your skills to do work.hard work or skill differently are not so beneficial but when u do something with hard work and skill together definitely he will get success

ya firstly skill is and second is hard work. if you have a skill then you use your work smartly . and both things give result best .

It doesn't matter how skilled you are if you're not prepared to work it's useless. Someone once said that they thought success was due to 10% talent and 90% hard work.
