When you think of yourself thinking, who is behind all those thoughts? We are all thinking non stop and our thoughts are repeating themselves all the time.- What is there when all those thoughts stop?-

When all those thoughts stop, there is only our true self, the collective conscious, the soul. This is what one connects with through meditation.

Sketch that is what I thought too. Because when there is an instant occasionally, where my thoughts stop, I experience either wisdom or an incredible feeling of connectedness to the universe.-

hey Kalyni, I do the same thing, but I learned that our days go better when we have good thoughts.- So I practice being aware of the moment and enjoy what I live right now right here.- Good thought to you and Mamastey ( the best greeting I know of)

Our conscious mind is always rambling, rethinking, etc. When all the thinking is done our higher self takes over and we either use our intellect or emotions, which ever we are used to using. Our instinct pushes forward and we react. Women need to use this instinct and not double think ourselves and make mistakes.

Thank you for your reply. I also think that a intense involvement in some kind of activity can stop you from the usual unconscious thinking. And give you the pleasure of being in the moment.- Have a wonderful time till we read from each other again.

I hope our thoughts never stop! There are so many things behind all my thoughts and every thought leads to another thought and another thought. It's a non-stop complex process. I can never speak as fast or type as fast as the thoughts I have. My thoughts don't necessarily repeat themselves, just generate new ones and new ones.
