Hey guys! do ANYONE of you know the most effective weight loss routine that could help me loose weight Fast! Thanks hope for your answers badly need your help..

Drink a glass of water first before taking your meal. In that way, the tendency is you will get easily full and you will not need to eat a lot. I just heard this from other people, but i'm not practicing it since I don't want to lose weight. :)

*The* best exercise I found to burn fat was running up and down stairs. Running at a calm cool pace doesn't always burn fat(because it is easy on your body, and thus your body works less, and burns less). If you choose to jog or run, do it in burst intervals to burn the most energy- for example- if you run for 20 minutes- warm up by walking at 1.5-2 miles an hour(2 minutes), then jog at 3 miles an hour(1 minute), run faster at 5 miles ph(3 minutes)- go down to 4 mph(2 minutes)- up to 7 mph(for 1 minute).......(doing this will burn more fat than if you ran at a consistent pace of say, 5 mph, for 25 minutes. Anything that really gets you breathing means you are metabolizing fat cells. Bodyweight exercises are good to lose weight with too. Of course, eat healthy foods too.

you can enroll on a fitness center or gym and they will help you to loss weight. and you could also make your own exercise routine or you could try watching zumba on youtube and just do the same and it is totally free and will help you loss weight. hope this help

Try to eat sour soup from bran and run at least 10km every day. Stop eating sweets, things that have starch, junk food and soda. Try eating fish with rice, vegetables with fat-less meat(chicken , fish, turkey) but do not eat in heavy quantities. If you are used to eat 3 times in a day, split one meal into two. So eat small portions on a interval of 2-3 hours, but do not increase the quantity. It will be hard at first. Or you could try walnuts to eat. They have 650 calories per 100grams. So if you eat 100 grams instead of a meal of the day. the walnuts have satiety and makes your stomach feel that is full. Drink a coup of water before and after every meal. The water is for eliminating the toxins you have accumulated in your deposit of fats.
