Any form of dancing can definitely burn some calories, depending on how strenuous the activity is. Belly dancing for example may appear easy to perform, but the truth is, so much sweat will literally come out due to exhaustion. Dance sport is becoming popular too, it is another form of exercise that makes you in good shape and healthy as well. We just have to choose what form of dancing, we can even have it in our place, just prepare a comfortable attire for you to start the dance exercise. Go, and burn those fats!

I agree that dancing is a very enjoyable way to burn those extra calories on your bodies. Just like the discussion I started regarding the Zumba fitness. It's a dance workout that could really make you sweat and will your body a nice shape and tones your muscles. I've been doing zumba for a week and I've already lost 3 kilos on my weight. It's amazing. It's not the usually hard workouts in the gym like the sit ups or crunches. If you love to dance you will surely enjoy doing Zumba.

I was just thinking yesterday that this is the kind of exercise for me. I don't have much fat to burn, but I need to get in shape, and dancing I think is the only type of exercise I'd enjoy. I've always loved it and I know I have good sense of rhythm. The only problem would be that I find it hard to learn the steps, because movement always comes instinctively to me. Once I think about it, I lose it. But I think this is the best type of exercise for people who hate excising. Or find it boring, like I do.

Good. But I always think Belly Dancing is difficult. Is Yoga better than that?
