I've registered on this URL shortening site because of its claims of giving opportunities to earn cash online. I want to know if they really pay or is it just another scam? Does anyone already experienced cashing out on this site?

I been a member of this for more than a year ago and became inactive with this when i was blocked by fb by keep on posting with this.and till now i haven't reach even $1 in my account balance when I tried to check it last week.
