as much as possible, I don't wanna get so much sleep everyday. since it's summer break, I'm only at the house doing nothing but internet and I don't wanna gain any weight anymore. but every time I'm gonna take a bath, i always feel sleepy after! and I can help but to fall asleep for a long period of time.

I heard a child can feel sleepy after bathing but first time I heard a younger person also feel sleeping after bathing. After bathing we feel freshness and how feel sleepy.

Hi, princessblogger18. Welcome to myLot! You feel sleepy because your body is very tired from relaxing and the warm water has made you drowsy. It is a soothing experience and it tends to make one sleepy. When I lay back in the tub, I find myself getting really sleepy. It is a wonderful experience especially when you have a bath gel/salt that relieves stress and pain too.

bathing has a cooling effect on our body and mind so I guess it's only natural for us to seek warmth from our beds or any cushions. I am a mother of 2 boys and giving kids baths before bedtime is always a hit.

baths are very relaxing and when the mental and physical are relaxed I dont think we have a choice but to feel sleepy and fall asleep maybe you should take cold showers considering the fact that its summer and use baths for bedtime or relaxation time. I know when I set up a bath it is too enjoy the moment and relax. I grab a good book or sometimes nothing at all so I can get away at my own home and I take showers during the day to be quick easy and convenient.
