Bux.to is a scam!!!

I have been searching for more than a year for online earning in the internet. After finding many PTC(paid to click sites i choosed bux.to to be my ptc site. I have been refering my friends and almost all of my friends have gone through my referals. Finally after more than 6 months of clicking their advertisement i reached the minimum payouts but when i requested the payout it says pending audit. I thought it will be down within 10/15 working days but its been more than a year since i have called for payouts.... So its a scam....
