A map about the controlling for the local house price was shown on the internet today. Most of local governments seem not to be against the rising of house price. It means that we will have to face higher house prices in our country this year ,if we want to own an apartment. The problem has last quite long since more than 3 year ago when it became a problem for ordinary people. Are there any such problems in your contry? How much do you have to pay for your house? Thanks!

I live in Germany and the prices here are a little bit high. The prices start from 140000 eur for a normal apartament with 2 rooms in a normal area and in a small city. For renting the prices start from 300 eur pro month. In the big city like Munchen, Berlin the prices are very high.

Apartments here in my state in the US run from anywhere $450 to $1000. It all depends on where you are, and how new the building is. Some older buildings also renew their apartments to look nicer and thus charge a little more. I would probably buy an apartment in the $600.00 range because they are usually nicer and less risk of cockroaches or anything like that.
