Hi Prabu! I too used Airtel Broadband in the beginning. I admit that their customer care is not that responsive or helpful. They don't do things quickly and take a lot of time to address any problem that is reported. Still I persisted with them until we shifted to a new house. I called them and told them that we are shifting and the connection needs to be shifted. They said they have noted down the request and asked me to pay the bill before the connection shifted. I did pay the bill and shifted the house. One month has been passed but they didn't give the connection at new house. I called them again and they said I have to pay the bill for last month. I said I didn't use the internet for the last month so why should I pay? And told them that I am not going to pay the bill and they should give the connection quickly or else I will go ahead with other ISP s. They asked me to contact a person and told me that my earlier connection cannot be shifted as the new address is more than 25KM away from the older one and I have to take a new connection. I did contact him. But he said, in that area already the maximum number connections are over so he cannot give the connection. I got fed up with Airtel guys. I called Tata Wimax guys and they gave the connection within a day and since then I have no problems and I have found Tata wimax customer care to be more responsive and quick in addressing problems of customers. And I have to shift again and tata guys gave the connection at new address within a day after the request for relocation of connection. So I have good experience with Tata Wimax than Airtel Broadband. I stay in bangalore. I don't know how things are with other cities but this is my experience. Happy Mylotting!

You mean what is the maximum speed? Currently I have 1Mbps speed and it costs 1600 per month. And it is unlimited, that is upto 80GB the speed will be 1mbps and then it reduces a bit. But for me it is good enough speed as I don't download much of movies or videos. And 1mbps speed gives 128KB per second download, which is ok. And I also have the Tata 3G e-stick and the speed is 3.6mbps. I use it when I need to download something quickly. Regards
