What is wrong with Google?

What the heck is wrong with Google? yesterday when there was April fools day they didn't change skin, but know when there is a 119th anniversary of somekind ice cream they change skin :S I don't get it. When there is a day that almost all world celebrates then they don't make anything to show it, but when there is someones birthday or something then they change it. Atleast they changed skin for the last year Olympics that was a good sign. What do you think about it?
