these days the way you look is very importan, especially as a woman...a nice hair cut, a healthy skin could really transform you...so what's your saildy beauty routine?

I try to go for a walk with my dog everyday, drink lots of water and eat lots of fresh fruits and veggies. I also try to eat right most of the time. Every day I wash my face 2x a day and brush my teeth 2-3 times a day. The most important thing I do though is trying to make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep every night. When I do that, I notice that my skin looks better and I have more energy to get a good work out in so I can stay in shape

you're right.sleep it's the most important "exercise". I don't know if we could call it exercise but it's sure makes your sking look good. it's also important to keep your skin hidrated. it's hard to drink at least to litters of water every day. most of us are used to drinking water when we are thirsty. but I reacently read an article in which it said that when you're thirsty your body has already lost a large amount of water...that;s why you need to drink water regulary...to keep it hydrated
