How can I encourage my downlie?

I do a lot of PTC/PTR/GPT sites. Recently I realized on a few particular sites that I am missing out on earnings and potential referrals for other sites because I have a lot of referrals who are not active. I know this is usually the case with referrals but I wanted to start to send a monthly email encouraging them to come back and try the sites again. Obviously they signed up because they want to make money. I know it's just a few pennies but pennies do add up.
I'm trying to write and email now to remind them about the site and to encourage them to give it another try and get active. Obviously it would benefit me because they are my referrals but I want to write a compelling enough email to get them to start clicking. What can I say?

well giving them a share of your referral bonus is a good motivation. This is the best motivation that I know.

If the site you referred them too are really that good I think they will stick around.

Well, with all Online companies getting referrals is what they continue to tell you is the thing they want you to do. Even here in sites like myLot you can earn from getting referrals so that is a Good thing for sure. But since on sites like this they never give you their Email, etc. it might be hard to find ways to continue to encourage them besides sending them messages as well.
