Choosing the right career or course for college

I have a friend of mine and actually like my little sister, She is having a problem in choosing the right course for college and she is good at everything. I tried to evaluate her which is best for her and ask her what does she usually do like cooking and etc. However she said she loves 3 courses. which is:
1. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology: (She wants to learn how to program and make her own softwares which is also in demand in our country philippines)
2. To become a nurse(It is in demand to the country)
3. to become a teacher(she loves to teach kids and high school)
The only thing i want for my little sister is she will be very happy in her course to choose, she will not regret it and will not plan to shift in other course and by the time she will graduate she will have a good job opportunity. And one thing i want her to enjoy being in college.

yes she is very fund of kids and even volunteer to teach kids in our place, ;) even she don't have any idea how to teach this kids.

What shibham says is good, teachers are an important part of our learning, but if she wants something where she knows she will get a job, I suggest nursing. I recently heard that nurses are in great need and if she follows through for a degree here, I believe she will have a better chance of getting a job right away..
