Can we PAY goods using PAYPAL but not verified????

Hello mylotters.. I just want to ask those who are using paypal as their payment processor if i can pay any goods using paypal without verifying it to my credit card??
i have some bucks in my paypal account but i did not use it because i thought it would be usable if it is verified.

I have no idea, but I really hope so because I dont want to put my credit card info online.

i still wouldn't attach it to my regular credit card
i have a debit card attached instead

i am using an unverified paypal. i can buy and sell, pay and receive money from my paypal. you cannot buy if the seller don't accept unverified paypal and if the receiver of your pay don't accept unverified paypal account.

open a union bank account
apply for an eon card
and then link the eon card to your paypal
voila!
verified!
and the good thing is, you can now withdraw your earnings via ATM

Hi,
Yes, the first poster was right. If you have a bank account just link it to your paypal. My paypal is not verified because of the complication. The name I used in my paypal account is my married name. I need to open a bank account using my married name. About your question: Yes, you can buy something online but depends on the merchant if they required a verified paypal. I bought something on Ebay, last week using my unverified paypal and I don't have any problem at all. Hope it helps...God bless.

Well you could easily verify your account by adding your Credit Card information or linking your account with your bank.
But if you lack in both of this then I heard that there is a thing call VCC (Virtual Credit Card) which can be bought online for some bucks. This act just as a credit card and will verify your account.
And please note that VCC is 100% safe.

why dont just verify your paypal account?
i dont know whether we can buy goods and pay using paypal which not yet verified. but maybe this information can help you.
it is very easy to get your paypal account verified.
and you dont have to use your credit card to verify your paypal account if you choose not to.
in some countries, paypal account can be verified using your bank account and your identity card.
if you got any problem in this case, you can contact paypal via email from your account, just log in first to your paypal account.
i knew this because i did this before :)
the paypal customer care is very charming you know, they will respond to your question and reply your email in a short time, and they are very kind too.. :)
