Maybe I didn't get enough sleep or rest time last night, I felt so sleepy during the morning time. When we have to come to a training class at work today, it gave me an ordeal to pass that half hour. All department personnel met at the training lab, and the instructor from the headquarter showing us the powerpoint presentation, and I just sat there felt my eye lids closed in. While my co - worker elbow me not to close my eyes. Luckily, I sat all the way on the corner. I hope that no one would notice. Frankly, I didn't listen the whole presentation, but I probably know what was going on roughly. After that, we go for the free pizza lunch, and I just took off a bit earlier, and have a 20 minutes nap in my car.

That was really an ordeal. Imagine just sitting there almost falling asleep. Good thing, it was just for half an hour. Whenever i wake up still so sleepy, i know i cannot work well so i would text our HR Officer that i will be late for an hour. Having done that i would continue my sleep and go to work late, but refreshed and ready . It's really so hard to keep your eyes from falling asleep, when you are soooo sleepy.

I know that feeling, sometimes it can be so hard to stay awake when you have to listen to something or watch something and you are really tired. I especially remember one time during a psychology class. We have to watch a movie early in the morning and I was really tired because I didn't sleep much the night before. It was so hard to stay awake and I closed my eyes for a few seconds. Afterwards we had to discuss the movie, but I wasn't able to stay anything because I didn't pay attention, and fortuneately my teacher didn't ask me any questions. In the break I went outside for a while to get some fresh air and that helped a little.

That was also happened to me when we at the training room last week. I didn't noticed that my eyes was closed already in front of my trainer that was so hard to resist in this situation. Really when this comes with us i think we need to snap at least 10mins or have enough sleep at night. But this happened always to me every time i am at training room. I want more excitement from our trainer and that is my expectation. But if they didn't meet my expectation the result was boring and really got to fall asleep in the middle of the session. And I don't want my trainer got upset about what i did. I remember the only training i was attended that i never fall asleep and that was when the trainer was my friend. Hope that next time i go to seminars and trainings i will not fell sleepy again..

Whoa close call Bro, Make sure your getting enough sleep. When I used to work Hardcore on eBay and go to College I would stay up for 4 days in a row and then crash for a day (with help of course if ya know what I mean), I had to drive an hour 15 minutes each way to school. Well, One Day I was driving back from class with my friend who also attended. Anyways on the way back I dosed off and luckily my friend woke me as I was going straight into a 18-Wheeler. After that day, I decided to quit going to school sounds like a dumb idea, but at the time I was making loads of money so the decision wasn't a hard one. Not to mention the teacher was by far the meanest I have experienced. I felt the right thing to do was to get in touch with her and tell her that I had to take care of my Father, who at the time was suffering from Cancer. This is how ice cold this lady was, She said That`s your problem. Needless to say I got my tuition back luckily. Enough about me, Get at least 8 hours of sleep or it sounds like you may lose your job and with the economy being the way it is at the moment, Your SUPER LUCKY to even have a job Bro.... Just Think about it.

I have the same story to share mylotters, when my first day in my job, my first day is such a boring day because I was given a sit in the corner handling me the Bank Standard Operations Manual, you have nothing to do but to read it the whole day, at first I enjoyed my reading but in the long run I already get bored. At any rate, those were part of being employed, considered as little sacrifices in exchange of good fortune. Have a nice day!
