Diet is one of the most important factor in our life. Without proper diet we can not spend our normal life. I think died is also one of the most important factor for our health and normal life. I think we should control or take our diet as per our body condition and health. All the people of this age are to much conscious about their diet. So we should always maintain diet properly for our fit and health life. Due to lack of proper diet a people can affected by many types of disease.
