The Same Thing Every Friday

Some of us take our lunch to work every day and some just go to the fast food places, and some order Pizza's and so on, For me I like to take my lunch from whatever was cooked from the night before because it is healthier and cheaper, And once in a while I will get something from Jack in the Box or a Taco from somewhere but I do get tired of the same thing over and over. And that funny old man at work every Friday he has Chili or Frito Pie for the last 2 years except one time and we thought we were going to fall out of our chair!! L.O.L.
But this I could not do! Could you have Frito Pie and or Chili every Friday? Me No!! Crazy huh?

Never had a frito pie before. But you know maybe his wife or whomever only makes what he likes or he's particular.
I used to eat a yogurt or a bagel w/ cream cheese for lunch alot when I worked. I don't care to eat yogurt anymore I ate it for lunch so often it's rare for me to eat one. The kids are all over them not me.

It was just too easy to make in the morning. The yogurt you just grab and go w/o any effort.
I'd be a mean wife and mention he's grown he can make his own darn lunch if he's going to be picky! ;0)

Yea he said his wife makes it for him every Friday and one day she made him a sandwich and forgot to put the chips and he called her and told her about it it was funny!! He he he ehe Yhe bagel with yogurt sounds really good about now. Yea if you continue to eat the same thig all the time it does get tiring.

I'm afraid to ask, "What is Frito Pie?" I don't think I would want to eat chili every Friday either. Sounds like the funny old man is more than set in his ways.

He he he L.O.L. Yes the old man is very funny!! Well Frito Pie is Frito's. Cheese, and chopped onions and you mix it all together and bake it until the cheese melts but I like to add jalapenos with mine and onions, Frito's and cheese, that my friend is a Frito pie, I don't hardly ever eat it but when I need something fast to cook it is rather cheap and quick to make.

I am kind of a mix it up type person and I don't usually like to have the same foods routinely. I like to wait a while to try something again because them I find it to be a treat. No matter how awful it is. lol

i dont think its bad that people eat the same things every week. there are a couple of days that i eat the same thing each week for tea.

Sometimes I will eat the same thing a couple of times a week but not very often, like when I am running low an cash I will go for the dollar menu somewhere or Taco Bueno they have things there for cheap and the food is really good.

that's old man reminds me my father and my first child,becoz my my father loves chili not even though every friday,he's not eating frito pie,but he usually eat meals with chili,he could not eat well without chili(hehe).that's why we're always have chili.
and my first child also hate cheese,yeah eiiirksssss cheese his reaction when he saw cheese,then says "i hate cheese" MUM,yah i know i'll answer him,that's why i buy hotdog with cheese (LOL) then we both laugh.
what a lovely old man,he loves Frito pie,i think Frito Pie is one of his weekly backdrop(hehe) and his secret of power like popeye if he eat spinach (LOL) it's only a joke.

Lol that is funny but I dont think I could eat frito pie or chili every friday lol but I think maybe he is just stuck in his ways or he really reallly likes it! When I was working I used to bring my leftovers for lunch too I think it is a waste of time and money to go out and buy the dame food you can make at home and way more for less money. Makes cents to me lol.
