how to disable the email notification in mylot?

Hello friends. Do you know how to disable the email notification in mylot? I already disable the email notification but if my friends are starting discussion or commented a discussion I can still receive the notifications in my email. Do you know how to disable the email notification regarding my friends activity? Please help me. Thank you.

Hello romarcharity, Check your mylot preference and look under notification section. And adjust what to like to receive from mylot. Have a nice day ahead!

yes, what she said. go to friends here on mylot, and disable each notification. i just approved your friends request and you are putting me off notify? if you dont answer some of my discussions, why would i keep you as friend? we dont get paid here for how many friends we have like some other sites
