How OFW pay tax?

I would just like to as you guys what are the procedures in paying taxes while if you are an Overseas Filipino Worker.

When Lea Salonga was in New York for her Broadway stint, she went to the embassy to pay her taxes. It made the front pages because it was so huge and Lea was so honest.
