If you will take more salt,it will cause the heart not to be able to beat and function properly, which can cause high blood pressure, heart failure or even strokes and heart attacks.... STOP EATING SO MUCH FAST FOOD! Seriously...but here is my theory: In certain cases you can easily reduce your sodium intake..for example- canned soupes-if you pour the water out of a canned soup and eat only the solids in there you will have reduce the sodium content in half! So what do you think?? Am I right? Wrong? What are some other examples where you can reduce your salt and sodium intake? COMMENT!!!

yes you are right. use of so much salt in food may cause a lot of diseases. now a days 70 % people are facing heart related problem due to their habit of taking so much fast food. even i met a doctor some days ago for hair fall problem and he asked the first question : do you eat salt more in food and my reply was yes then he suggested to reduce it as much i can. and now i have seen the result after reducing salt in daily meal. Drinking water more and more can also reduce sodium intake.

I m very much conscious of my hairs... Now as you are saying that one of the major cause of hairfall is more intake of sodium than RDI (Recommended Daily Intake), i m not going to eat highly processed food(more sodium levels)

Yeah,, having more than 8 glasses of water is one of the solution to fight with sodium intake..... But the Recommended Daily Intake ( RDI) of Sodium for adults is approximately 6 gm.. So we should not have more than 6 gm of salt per day.
