When can we expect a Facebook Phone?

The team of TheFacePhone has released the first version of the Facebook phone - now integrated with the facebook chat TheChatPhone is a integrated Facebook chat phone Why would they make a phone if someone else can make it for them?

I think the HTC ChaCha was the first Facebook phone ;) I don't know what it's able to do or not but I think...really nobody needs it ;)
