It has been a trend that as we feel some thing disturbed in health, we hurry to the doctor, have prescription and take medicine. All the concerned are agreed upon the theme " each medicine have its side effect soon or later". If we get natural in foods, attitude, daily work and rest routine, cleanliness, wake and sleep, walk and exercise and our maintenance we may be spare of the diseases and consequently the medicines.

Keep off the medicine in minor illness is just right but if you had it just like diabetes it should be taken for a lifetime.

Medicine is must when it is must. Lets think why it became must. The last consequence shall appear that " We or Someone else got unnatural on a specific time. So we are facing medicine. Use them if that is the last remedy but avoid if an alternative is available.

Its really better to keep the medicine off. When I have a headache and its bearable, I just bear it and drink plenty of water. I also eat vegetables and fruits to keep myself healthy and medicines are expenses so its better to keep them off to be able to stay in your budget.

" Each medicine is an invitation for the other medicine sooner or later". It is better to expend on the good food than to expend on the good medicine. Medicine too are necessary but should be our last option.

Well, there are sometimes and things in life it is better if you can go more natural with, and then there are times with certain things medications, etc. from the doctor cannot be helped. Yes, these could create more problems elsewhere down the road for some things, but sometimes these are what help keep others alive as well. I am a Diabetic and Insulin dependant so for me that is what is helping keep me alive. I also have high blood pressure due to this so I take something for it as well. As for other things I do try to take them in moderation, and if I can find something that works for me that is more natural that is a plus for sure.

You are absolutely right in saying. The common trend among some people to take medicines without any definite indication brings many health hazards which everyone should know. The hazards may cause some deadly diseases and these are now described as iatrogenic causes.

Actually in many progressing countries there are some unqualified or semi qualified doctors working for there income. The chemist too are selling medicines without prior prescription.Unfortunately there have not been commenced any campaign against the same. It was to be great work if some NGOs would have been an awareness campaign and legalize the process.

I agree with you, Some ailments that we feel are too small for a prescription medicine. A good way of staying healthy is lesser medicines because medicines commonly wear out our liver.
