Monday Workout

I just finish my Chest and Triceps workout it feels so great, I feel it will sore tomorrow since I worked it hard. For Chest I did Dumbbell Flys 3 sets and 8 reps Dumbbell Press for 3 sets and 10 reps and Hip Push up 3 sets and 12 reps. For Triceps I did Skullcrusher 3 sets and 8 reps and Triceps Dip for 3 set and 8 reps. If you have suggestions feel free to comment and suggest. Cheers!

It sound like a really strong and hard work out. I just wanna tell you that if you wanna lift Heavier wights and to work better you should chose other muscles together, cause when you are working on your chest especially with Dumbbell Press and Dumbbell Flys you are working with your triceps to, So i think you should use other muscles to work on the other part of you gym day, like to work on your belly, back, legs or even you biceps brachii. You are working with some spacial exercises, i like it

Actually I am doing the split workout so it is Monday Chest and Triceps, Wednesday for Back and Biceps and Friday for Legs and Shoulders. And the fact that I choose Dumbbell Press and Dumbbell Flys even it hit triceps because that is my main goal and that is why I only have 2 exercises for Triceps and that is Skullcrusher and Dips. It rally sound great and hard, the A,B,C program i guess you are going to the gym every day or one day work out and one day rest. Try change the triceps with biceps like doing back and triceps and chest and biceps i think you would have more power cause usually the triceps are synergistic to the chest, and biceps synergistic to the back... Happy hard working :)

For chest, I personally do dumbell flys, decline bench, and incline bench, that is just my personal workout system though, works great for me. Make sure your eating lots of protein, shakes are great, but try to consume as much in non-powder form as possible.
