How can we be sure that we are within the limits when we tweet?

I think, when we tweet we are free to tweet whatever but not to the point of throwing invectives on people. We may even tweet our opinions even if its against a person for as long as its an opinion and not a personal attack.

hi, i think they created this for to tweet freely,to express what we want to other people,or tell what ever we want even its a personal or something to that person.

But there are also tweets that can lead to suing another person. I think we may be in a democratic country, but also, we should watch what we tweet. :) we should keep it to a minimum.
