Finally! An easy way to loose fat without a diet system......

I have changed my whole way of thinking. I read labels to avoid chemical sweetners, soybean oil, and trans fats. I eat more fresh food, and far less processed foods. I take nutritional supplements. I avoid most fast food, and I have replaced soda with tea. The weight is falling off without a big change to my daily routine. Loosing weight was far easier than I had originally thought it would be. What are you doing to loose weight, and keep it off?

For me, a healthy diet is a way of life, for a better living. It is very simple actually, just remember to have a balance in your food intake and your activity in which the energy from food are released. Fat is good, as you also need it in your diet. But, be careful about the type of fat and the quantity of your daily fat intake. Trans fat are not good, you can find that usually in margarine, snack, and vegetable oil used in manufactured food. nutritional supplements is not necessary, especially when your diet is composed of mix fruit and vegetables. Too much supplements can be harmful, so be wise to choose what supplements that you are really need. Tea is good, it contains a high antioxidants level, but do not drink tea right after having your meal, because in can make your digestive function works harder and disrupt absorption of some minerals which is important for your body to perform well, and you may lose more water from your body because it has a diuretic effect. For your information, olive oil is the best to use for healthy cooking. Hope that would be useful.. :)

My key word for An easy way to loose fat without a diet system is self discipline. I regulate my food intake in every meal, then put a minimum of 1 to 2 hours exercise in my daily regimen to tone up my muscles. I also take a regular 8 hrs sleep and drink 2 big glasses of mineral water each morning when i wake up before doing my daily routines.

I got sick, and that helped for awhile. I am moving more, got a Y membership and I am doing things I love, in the water.

Yours is the most common sense approach. I have done those things as well and have seen my weight drop. I'm unable to sustain an exercise program as such but I do walk up stairs rather than use an elevator. I move around in my home instead of sitting in one place for extended periods. I walk a block or two to the grocery instead of driving. I wasn't trying to lose weight. I do not need to do so. We are what we eat and avoiding the obviously unhealthy foods and drinks can go a long way toward weight control.

That's good! Congrats on that! I hope that you will soon reach your desired weight. Yes, I believe that we should be wary of what we eat and avoid those with artificial flavorings cause it contains more fats and sugar. It is better to shift to organic and fresh foods.
