freak on freckles

I have this freckles on my shoulders and arms and it annoys me because it looks dirty. Both sides of my mom and dad are Filipinos. We don't have any mixture of blood from other races. I have this since I was a kid and until now it didn't lighten Ive tried using whitening products but its not working. How can I get rid with these freckles?do you know other methods in removing or lightening freckles?

my parents are also pure Filipinos but me and my eldest sister have this freckles on our faces. But we are just ignoring it. Because we are already happy we do not have pimples. my mother told me to avoid exposing in direct sun rays. It will trigger the spreading. But I do not know if it true.
you better consult a dermatologist or and expert, they know the best solution for this. im afraid if you get a wrong advice and maltreated it will make this freckles more worst.
