Our printer is hp Deskjet D1460, and when I print colored pages I don't get the right color especially with the magenta or pink portion. Also there's a ligned portion on my prints. I already sought some advice from our local ink refiller and he said that I should clean the print cartridges. But after performing it for so many times, I still get the same result. I think the problem is with the cartridge head itself. Maybe its already broken or something. I'm thinking of bringing it to a repair shop, what do you think guys?, Is there other ways that you know? please share it with me!
Thank so much!

Here is something directly from the HP technical support site, it may help if you have not already done so. Reason why I looked it up is that out of experience with HP deskjets is that you may pay more for the repair then it would be to buy a new one.
So try this and if not take a look at the site for further tips, because I had a bit of experience recently with mine and I went and bought a new one because when it came down to the issue it was going to cost me three times more then buying a new one.
