i am not sure if it does i am no expert, but i am here to share what my wife do. and i think it is effective. she puts a piece of lemon in her glass of water. water can flash out all unnecessary in our body and lemon has vitamin c. so i can say that it can make you reduce your weight for that is what my wife did 3 months after she gave birth. of course exercise should be done too with eating balance diet.

No! I've drunk cases of the stuff and nothing changed. Tea of any kind doesn't have any calories, so I'm told. The milk and sugar wont make much difference either unless you drink gallons of tea each day. I would rather cut down on some solid food, because I enjoy a good cup of tea. Us old, fat guys have to have some pleasures afterall.

I don't have weight issues so my experience would be limited, but as far as I can tell, even plain water can help reduce weight, but as many would recommend, it would have to be combined with a fair share of meal consumption and a little physical activity to complement the process.
