credit card withdrawal temporary unavailable in alertpay

i verified my credit card within 5 minutes but when i want to withdraw my funds to my credit card,i shows the pop up message it is temporary unavailable,is it a glitch or have they banned credit card withdrawals?what to do?

That is why I don't rely on Alertpay or paypal with a credit card. I don't like that so much can go wrong with this glitch or that one.. I either get a debit card from them or work through my bank account. I still haven't verified a bank account in Alertpay, just doesn't feel safe enough. That is the way I am though. It took several years before I felt that Paypal was safe enough.
