I need to incrase my weight. T_T

Hello fellas! I have been eating too much and drink water too much but still my body weight doesn't change. My body is so slim, i want to make it bigger/buff. I have searched the internet but still i didn't got any solution about this.Can you give me ideas on how to increase my body weight and to buff my body? any vitamins? food supplement? suggestion? your replies will be my happiness. :) PS: Im from Philippines.

go to the gym and do some exercise constantly. eat lots of healthy foods such as sweet potato. and in time you will notice that your body weight will boost.

Eat more and more- mostly food with carbohydrates and protein... water won't make you bigger though.. Eating in fastfood restaurants would definitely make you bigger in no time, just pair it with exercise so you'll achieve the body you want- good luck

More meat(especially red and fattier meats-not processed meats though). More fruit and vegetables, nuts and seeds would also be a good idea. Bananas will probably be your best friend, they are full of nutrients and energy needed to 'bulk' up. I was bodybuilding for about 5 years and always had the best results eating a whole bunch of 'whole foods', I never really noticed great results using any vitamins/ supplements or protein mixes(I would avoid these actually). The best things for building good body mass is meat, fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds though- stick with those sort of things. Good luck! P.S. Make sure your exercises are geared towards putting on mass as well.....
