I was always told that vitamin A is good for the eyes. Vitamin E would be good for you too if your eyes are worn out do to tiredness. Make sure you get plenty of rest as well. You are too young and beautiful to be having eye problems:)

Taking eye vitamins can aid our eyes stay healthy for a longer period of time. Vitamins for the eyes can also help avoid many diseases. Although we can get all the vitamins and minerals we need by eating certain foods, it is nearly not possible in the fast food controlled times to get a healthy meal with all the vitamins and minerals. That is where eye vitamins come in. When choosing a brand of eye vitamins it is a good initiative to compare vitamin and mineral composition compared to daily values and of course prices. Vitamins made for the eye should have Vitamins A, C, E, B2 and minerals Zinc and Selenium.

You may have enough vitamins A, C and E in your diet already. Probably the most important things, if you are online for 12 hours a day, are to: 1. Ensure that your screen isn't emitting harmful radiation (this should be so for LCD and LED screens), but if you can't do that, make sure you are wearing glasses (see later) with a protective component. 2. Visit an optician and get glasses specific for computer work (they will have a slightly longer range than reading glasses. 3. Take frequent breaks (every half hour or so). The dark marks on your eyelids are most likely to result from neglect of this. Make sure you have suitable exercises for your back as well. Apart from cataracts, which you can delay by using the right light filtration, there is a long term condition, called Age-related Macular Degeneration (AMD). It is thought that the antioxidants Lutein and Zeaxanthin may delay onset and progress, though no evidence exists that large pharmacological doses are any more efficient than the more moderate doses obtainable by dietary means. The observation that people who ate leafy vegetables like spinach were less likely to get AMD than others is what led to attention being given to these antioxidants in the first place. So eating some spinach can be a help, also growing and eating swiss chard. Zeaxanthin is thought to be more directly involved in combating AMD than lutein, bceause it binds to the fovea, the part of your retina that actually sees, whereas lutein only binds to the surrounding area,(but it may be useful in displacing zeaxanthin from the surrounding area, thereby freeing it for the fovea). Zeaxanthin is present in egg yolk, orange peppers, sharon fruit, loquat, and at a lower level, in sweetcorn, mango and oranges. Lutein is present in a wider variety of vegetables. But include spinach-type vegetables if you can.

Good day myn3wlif3, the dark mark in your eyelids can be treated with fresh cucumber, put a thin slice of a cucumber into your eyes. Vitamin A is good for eyesight it might relief the soreness of your eyes, if you take regularly.
