It's just a new site and I think today was the first day that some members have cashed out after reaching the minimum amount. The site encountered major issues when it launched so they have to compensate by awarding $10 as rental balance to the first 40K members. The good thing about the site though is that this is the only bux site where the Admin shows his face and identity to the public.

The $10 reward was mentioned when they launched, before the crash.
And for the admin showing his face : this guy is totally egocentric. He follows less than 60 persons in Twitter, but has 84000 followers. He gets them by paying credits at twiends
