I work a full time job monday thru friday. I work the night shift and also run my own business as well which usually ties up my entire weekend. I haeve 3 children ages 3, 7, 13 and I am going to take this weekend off because I haven't spent any time with the kids this year. All 3 kids have different personalities and likes and I would like some things I can do to entertain all three. I live in Southern Ohio and for easter would love to have fun with them all. Of course we are going to church Sunday any ideas will be considered and I will do anything for them to have fun even if I don't enjoy it. Thanks.

Firstly - welcome to myLot Congrats to you for being able to work, run a business and raise three children. Take a great deal of effort and sounds like you are doing great. Perhaps taking them to the store to pick-out their special types of Easter coloring items. Spend the day with them coloring and watching them be creative. I would recommend something outdoorsy but wonder if it would be too hectic because of the fact that you are quite busy then there is planning and spending involved. So maybe the holiday fun and also add a few movie DVD rentals of their that each may like. Have fun and Happy Easter to you and all your loved ones.

I happy to read that you are more comfortable with the site. I have read within the last month or so of so many of the oldies returning and find it exciting. I have been with myLot only for 11 months so it is interesting and fun to interact with the many from the past. The movie and bike riding sound like fun.

Thats good you took a weekend off to spend the time with your kids,it would also give sometime to free your mind off all the work stress. Well, first thing, i could suggest is to buy them some nice presents based on their likes, as you told they all three have different personalities and different likings. Next you could plan a day out if for the first day to some nice resort where you could play games together, also spend some time in the pool. Another day you could go out shopping to buy them what they want and then end with dinner out at restaurant. And Sunday, you could spend all the time home with them, cook together, have lunch, play some home games, watch movies and then you could also talk to each of them, get some nice updates from them about themselves, their school and their friends. I wish and hope you have a nice time with your family.

Thanks I was thinking something along this line as well as going to a movie theater to see hop. I love it on here with all of the people giving suggestions and I never thought about a resort for the weekend. I guess I could also take them to my country club since they have never been there before. Thanks for the great advice.
