being a sleepy head

recently, i started to wake up late... i dont know why. i dont sleep very late, and i dont tire myself before i sleep, but i still wake up at 9-10am often.. any advice you guys can give to make this habit disappear? thanks

hello tammy27 i have same problem too, actually i just drop here to read others suggestion. but let me share u my trick. what i tend to do is at least have a rest of full 6 hours if possible so i arrange my time acc to when i hav to wake up. i set alarms and drink glass of water. it is good to take bath 1 hrs earlier and set ur self in mood to sleep. it is very good if u hav comfy bed, quilt and pillow and always put off the light. if u can make ur bedroom soundproof its best and remember ur phone so switch it off or in silent. i hope it helps all da best ~cheers

9 am is not a bad time, I get up at 6 every morning it doesn't matter if I have something to do or not, it because I always had to get up for 7 am classes. If you need to wake up more earlier than that an alarm is very helpful.

9a. or 10a. isn't that bad, unless you have responsibilities earlier ofcourse. If you are getting up later than you like the best thing to do is train yourself to go to bed alittle earlier. Maybe go for a walk in the evening or do some housework you don't usually do. Changing your habits can help.
