Is Ro2.biz legit or scam?

I have seen this site over the net and it seems to give good offers..especially the Get Paid To Chat thingy..
but the thing is, is it really legit? or are they just one of the scam sites surfacing the net?

I've been a member of Ro2.biz for a few months now and it is definitely a legit website. Although I don't have the time to login anymore, back when I did I was earning very well and reached payout a few times. It's a fantastic site and I really recommend joining if you haven't already. Not only do you earn money, but it's great fun as well so you won't mind spending time there.

I would love to join but the thing is, I dont have the right technique to get more referrals as much as possible. It might take forever for me to reach minimum pay out tho.

I'm a member of this site since last month. I saw proof of payment of my friend.
But, I don't if this site will works well in the future. And you have to upgrade in order to get higher percent point.
