Isn't it flattering to hear when our kids do say those words to us? My daughter often say these beautiful lines to me especially when I get mad at her. LOL She knows how to tickle my funny bone that I end up not scolding at her. When I get angry at her, she would always remind me to smile because according to her, I am beautiful when I smile. Oh, child.... that makes me smile again.

Wow, with charm like that the whole world must fall under her spell. Or is it just you Mom. If any of my kids had learned that our teen age years would have been much more pleasent for all involved. Blessings

Hi. dorisday1971. That is so lovely to hear, especially from your own daughter! My kids always tell me that I look pretty when I get dressed up to go out somewhere. They also tell me that my hair looks so pretty when I fix it too. This makes me feel so special! I am sure that this makes your day too when your daughter will tell you that you are beautiful when you smile.

Well she definitely knows how to say "I'm sorry" lol. My kid is still too young to talk, but there are times when he would hold my face, stare at it and smile. I guess that's his way of saying that I'm pretty.

Mine say stuff like that but it is always when they want something If I still said no..well..they might not think I am so pretty anymore. Seriously though...it is nice that she says that to you and she really means it too. I think that moms are the most beautiful things in the world to their children. Take care.
