I heard that the dude that created pokemon perished in the Japan Earthquake-Tsunami Disaster, or maybe it was a wild rumor. Any ideas? Do you think that Pokemon will fade away? Or will it plow back into the generation stronger than ever?

well its a wild rumor. It is now confirmed that he was not one of the victims of the earthquake or the tsunami.
