is it true that The Fray is breaking up?

It saddens me that they are so underrated that the band is starting to fall out off the industry...
It's been quite a while since i have heard anything new from them.
So is it true that they're going to disband anytime soon? :(

From what I heard they're releasing an album within the next few months. They took time out of touring and stuff to write and record it so I'm pretty sure they're not breaking up. I absolutely love the fray and would be devastated if they broke up especially as they are so underrated! Will keep you posted if I hear anything :)
