Worried on the upcoming board exam

I have recently graduated from college with a nursing degree. Last march, we had our REVALIDA, an examination for all seniors in our department which determines whether we are to take the July or December board exam. Fortunately, I am included for the July. Our school had already organized an in-house review for this coming June and we already had reviews starting on our first semester in our 4th year. However, for the months of April and May, our school allowed us to decide if we are to take review classes or not. I really wanted to join but due to financial constraints, I can't. Now, the board exam is fast approaching and I haven't started my self-review yet. Aside from that, my family expects a lot from me and I don't want to disappoint them. I am very much worried because according to our reviewers, the exam will be difficult this year and only the upper 25% will pass. Can I make it? Do I have a chance of passing the said exam? Only God knows and I guess I just have to do my best.

Financial constraints prevented you from taking review classes but I presume you have friends who might be joining the classes. Why not ask for some review materials or handouts they were given and have it photocopied so you can use them on your reviews. It can be helpful so you can focus on topics often raised on board exams. The day of the exam don't get feelings of nervousness take the best of you because you might get mental-blocked. Have some chocolates on your pocket to munch on while taking the exams. They are good energy booster. And do pray. Prayers work wonders. Good Luck!

You can make it! Just believe, pray, and work hard for it. Do your part, and surely God will do His. God was never unfair. Let Him know that you really want that so bad, and show Him your hard work, and He shall reward you. Just remember this Bible verse: Delight yourself in the Lord, and He will give you the desires of your heart. (Psalm 37:4) God bless you!

All board exams are difficult. It is a matter of mind conditioning and of course self disciple, From now, start reviewing. Control yourself from distractions. And most of all have faith in God. Do your best and surrender everything to God.
