As many of you will probably have noticed, the brand new Air Crash Investigation / Mayday series has been transmitted on TV and Internet (especially Youtube). What do you think of it? (It's the series with Hudson Splashdown and Stalled in the Sky, just to make things clear.) I liked it very much, but I think that the previous series focused more on the technical aspects, which made them a good way to learn rather than a spectacular reconstruction of the accidents. So, my first impression is that the producers have chosen to give more space to special fx and less to explanations, which is a pity. Nevertheless, ACI/Mayday remains one of the best way to learn something new about airplanes... do you agree with me? Post your impressions, let's see who liked this series and who disliked it!

I love this series from National Geographic. I'm not really sure about other people if they will be interested about this. I was previously working in an airline company so this series captured my interest. I learned a lot of good to know information on this series.

Hi chiwasaki, thanks for replying! I like this series as well, it's taught me a lot. I know many people who are interested in it even though they're not into aviation. Did you really work for an airline? My dream is to become a pilot one day... that must be great! :D
