You need to make an appointment with a licensed doctor. No one, not even a doctor could adequately help you over the web. I know pain is hard to manage, but the only good solution to this is you going to a doctor and getting the help you need.

Well I can't recommend a specific pill because I don't know what kind of pain you are in,and yes be careful go see a doctor,pain killers are something for the moment,if the pain persists you may need a treatment.I take ketonal when my head hurts or when I have a tooth ache,but that's just to ease the pain,going to see a doctor is highly recommended.Taking just one won't cause secondary effects,but if you abuse them,in the long run I may cause heart problems and more.Take care.
