Magnificent places and wonders around the world

Yesterday I was around the web and I found information about a natural phenomenon which I didn't know called "Midnight Sun". I though it was a Stephanie Meyer's book, but then I knew it is real. Surely most of us have heard about this, especially people from USA and living close to Alaska. Wikipedia says: "The midnight sun is a natural phenomenon occurring in summer months at latitudes north and nearby to the south of the Artic Circle, and south and nearby to the north of the Antartic Circle where the sun remains visible at the local midnight. Given fair weather, the sun is visible for a continuous 24 hours, mostly north of the Artic Circle and south of the Antartic Circle" After reading this and see pictures I decided I really wanted to see this someday. I'm from Argentina and close from here we have the Antartida, where is the same phenomenon, but I guess no one can goes to the Antartida, but I will keep looking for information about this. Anyway, if I can't go to the Antartida, I want to go to some of these conutries, like Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Finland, etc, and appreciate this. During winter times, they have "Blue Nights" which means the sun remains down and Aurora Borealis or "northern lights" which are some kind of greenish-blueish-pinkish lights in the sky. I would love too see this too. Regarding to magnificent places, there is one that at least for me is magnificent: Positano, Italy. My discussion is going too far, so I won't talk about Positano, but you can search some pictures in Google and see how magnificent is. This a place where even, I'm already planning going to there. Do you know any wonder in the world you wish too see someday? Where this occurs? What about magnificent places like Positano?

I moved up to Yukon, Canada in january. Yukon is right next to Alaska. I saw Aurora borealis in the winter months. It was bright green most the time and danced around the sky. I will be here until june this year and we will have the midnight sun. I'm excited to see it! my friend, the photographer, took pictures of it last year. the sky is so beautiful. I really want to hike to Manchu piccu

When I was 18 years old I worked as a children's nanny in Finland. I was up there in The Land of the Midnight Sun. In the summer it didn't seem to get dark and I got used to going to sleep in daylight. I did my first snorkeling at Australia's Great Barrier Reef. I loved seeing the colorful coral and brightly colored fish. I think native wildlife are special and in my mid twenties I went on a safari in Kenya. I have seen penguins in Australia, New Zealand and South Africa. The most magnificent cities I have been to are Sydney, Cape Town, Vancouver, Cartagena De Indias, Prague, Budapest, Salzburg, Dubrovnik and Istanbul. I would love to see the Taj Mahal and the Great Wall of China. I would adore a trip to see Machu Picchu in Peru.
