mylot reputation...

Every time i log in to mylot i always checked my star at the left to see if it decrease or it increase, it is not really a big deal you know, but for me i wanted to see that my mylot reputation has increase meaning i've been posting better post in the discussions (correct me if i'm wrong about the mylot reputation), does mylot reputation matter to you?

What stars are you talking about and how does it effects my account or does it add money to my account, where are these stars you talking about I probably don't even have none.

The star at the left of your name. and it does not add money to your account, just a rating members of mylot rate you for your post in discussions.

Hi Dear Kheydia! I am one of the oldest member on this forum! I can say I am here on this forum right from its inception! I have seen many times at my reputation star and some times I wish I had a blue star with 10 points as my reputation. Normally I think I post meaningful, quality and positive responses and discussions and hopefully I must be getting positive ratings from my friends and other members for that. In Spite Of that I am on red star with the reputation score of 9. I was not too keen about it ,till I have seen your discussion and henceforth I will also try to follow my reputation and try to improve it! Presently I am on 94/100 ! Hope soon I will be upgraded by friends and well wishers! Thanks for the discussion!

Yeah you can see your star when you reach 100 post. I was also like you before and was wondering how to get a star, but when i reached 100 post i got the yellow star with 78/100 reputation. i was really happy seeing my star then.
