I watced the news a while ago and learned that Friendster will have a reformat, that it would no longer be a social networking site. And that it would focus more on games and music. It was also reported that photos and blogs within Friendster will also be erased, but the management has provided a way for these files to be exported. I think it has been almost three years since Facebook started to let Friendster eat its dust. Good thing Friendster knows when to quit. All the best for the all-new Friendster. So okay, I feel like I'm a "news reporter." LOL! :D

It breaks my heart to hear about that. We will miss Friendster a lot. Back then, 2007, that site has helped me a lot in getting a lot of referrals in one online network marketing company. I got a lot of friends there too. I really saddened me to learn that Friendster will no longer be a social networking site.

I heard it also and well, I guess it's a good move in Friendster's side. They can't really deny the fact that Facebook really beaten them by miles so it's really good decision for them to quit competing with Facebook because they really have no match. They are the past and Facebook is the present. It's a good thing that they are giving and showing ways for their members to save their data into their hard disks or flash drives and it will serves as their souvenirs and memories for their time spent in Friendster. Well I'm also wishing luck for Friendster for their new format, hope it works. :)
