My daughter lives in an appartment. Has a very nice man, who was in the wrong place when he was 16 now 24 has a felony record. The appartment supervisor has looked up his record and said- we are being evicted because he goes to my daughters. He is not allowed on the property. Do they have the right to do this? He is not on the lease. He helps he when she works with the children.
