nikon or canon dslr... which is better?? please help.

im to planning a buy a dslr camera. which is better??

Canon 40D vs. Nikon d90.. both take impressive high ISO photos, superb lcd sceen, 4.5 FPS.. but I advise you to Go for NIKON D90 for the following reasons: better high ISO performance, better lcd screen, MOST RELIABLE AUTO FOCUSSING OF ANY DSLR.. and Nikon has the BEST SPEEDLIGHTS OF ANY CAMERA MAKER. :)

I do think that NIKON D90 is more impressive than the Canon 40D. It has a good AF and shutter performance, good high ISO and flash performance. A few of my friends already bought this. :)

In the past I had a Canon camera but the quality is not good. It has been fixed for several times. After that, I don't have a good impression to the Canon camera. Besides, I especially like Nikon D90. So I will choose Nikon rather than Canon. I love China
