OMG! My 3yr old daughter knows how to play games in our laptop!

Hello friends and mylotters! I was so surprised just now when I saw my baby using the mouse and playing games in our laptop! Don't know if I will feel happy about it or not,lol! She just used to watch her father playing games and enjoying it but when hubby went upstairs to get something,my baby sat in front of her father's laptop and move the mouse and when I look at it,she's moving the mouse on the right path to play the game,haha! AM I just over reacting? I mean,at her early age,she already knows how to use the mouse,lol! Do you also have the same experience with your kids? How old are they when they first started playing games in your computer?

Wow, you have a smart kid! I haven't seen any kid like yours doing computer games and I don't have a kid yet but surely your daughter is amazing. You just have to be very careful because computers and all other electronic gadgets are high in radiation that can cause your daughter some eye problems in the future. You should watch her play and not too close on the screen.

Thank you for the compliments adnileb!Feels so proud of my baby! Yes,that's what I'm afraid of! I know there are some side effects using our gadgets and technologies nowadays especially concerning our eyes! I will definitely follow what you've said,thanks again! See yah!

Hello my sweet friend This is wonderful and brilliant. You should feel very proud. At three this is good that means she is developing and motivating her brain. This is actually good because that means she is curious. The bad part is that you will no longer be able to use your own PC because she will want to from here on. lol

Hello my dear friend! She is really very curious in everything my friend! That's why we are very much conscious of our actions,she usually imitates us,lol! Haha,that's what I'm afraid of my friend! Well,right now she's using hubby's laptop,I'm afraid I wont be able to use my laptop very often when hubby goes to work again,oh my! LOL! See yah my dear friend!

They do learn quick!! My daughter just turned 4 on Tuesday & for the past month, she has been opening up the games on my computer to play herself!

Wow,you also have a smart baby! They are really amazing! There are times when my baby sees me typing,she'd say mama this is letter C for Crystal(her name)! I'm really so happy to hear those! She knows most of the alphabets already and she likes to type letters too especially when she sees me commenting here in mylot,lol! See yah!

Times have certainly changed LOL! My daughter learnt how to use a PC when she was around four years old and now, at nine years of age knows more than I do and I work on the computer every day! Kids seem to be so more adept these days and technology is such a part of everyday life that they seem to automatically understand it and use it. Your little one sounds like one smart cookie!

Oh thanks paula,my baby really is a smart one,maybe smarter than me,lol! Your daughter is smart too! You said you work in your computer everyday but your daughter knows more than you,amazing isn't it? Let's just guide them for it 'cause I know there are lots of adult rated stuffs in computers which they should not know of. See yah!

Hi inay.. Kids nowadays are so smart! My baby sis can even log-in into my YM! .. She types but doesn't know what she was typing! HAHAHA Kids nowadays are much much smarter than the babies before! tsk!

Nice! You got a smart kid right there! Haha! I have no kids yet but I think it's not impossible to have a kid at 3 knowing how to play games on the laptop. Kids are really receptive to new things on this age up. :)

Children do exceptionally well learning from the older members of their families. When I was three years old in 1985, we did not have computers in the home, but we had a piano. I learned how to play the piano just from listening to music I liked. My husband's son taught himself how to do all kinds of things with the computer when he was around three years old. This is no surprise, and a sign that you have a very bright child. My step-son is a genius. I'm not just saying that because I'm biased, I'm saying that because anyone who knows him can see he's a genius!!

I think today the children are smarter. I don't really know why. Perhaps the nutrition is better and the pregnant women already try to listen to music etc. and then the baby already starts to learn something in the belly:) My son also knows how to use the computer when he was little. At that time he used the mouse to draw the fan:) I can see from your avatar photo that your daughter is so cute:) I love China

Hi youless! That's also what I have in mind,maybe my baby is smart 'cause I took care of her even when she is just in my belly. Took all the vitamins my baby needs for her brain and bones development,I also had milk intake during that time,I know this is one factor why kids are smart these days. So your son is also great in computers,they are both great in mouse too..your son and my baby,haha! My son dabbled with my laptop at the age of 2. By the age of 3, he was playing those kids games where you pop a balloon or an egg or something :) I really don't know how he learned to play those games. But I remember carrying him when he was a baby while I was using the laptop. It was really quite surprising for me. At age 6, he knew how to search and download games. He just asks sometimes for the spelling of the word so that he could type it in. He's even better with using PCs than his grandparents :)

My granddaughter Subhee is going to complete 3 soon, but she can operate my Toshiba laptop, uses her fingers, very efficiently, better than me, i would say.. i use an ecternal mouse, the present day kids are unique in that sense.. hi, wow,its a great knowing that your 3 year old daughter knows how to manipulate a computer,it is a great sign that sooner your daughter could be a good and knowledgeable to computer.

Hello my friend! Haha,wouldn't be surprised if my baby asks me to give her her own laptop too someday! Most of my nieces too play games at PC and they are too young like 5yrs old! They even have their own fb account and play games on fb,oh my! Well,their fb account was done by their parents of course because my niece requested for it so she can play the games on fb,haha! They are really different compared to us before,haha! Have a nice day too!

Hi mtr I am not surprised at all, my granddaughter is just three, she has kept hubbys laptop in her room, i mean her parents room, she can switch it on, type letters from A to Z in word page in big size, change colors, watch cartoons loaded in it, all by herself, remember they are kids of computer age.. Hi, my friend, long time no see. Your baby has an intelligent brain. She is sooo smart and cute. I can imagine how she play computer, even she doesn't know what is it. I only saw my nephew who plays computer when he was only 2-year-old. But he only could use mouse to check the label, not playing computer. How supering for this good news!!!

Kids are very smart. They observe and they learn fast. More importantly, they are interested in things that move especially when the mouse move around the screen. The more you restraint them, the more fascinated they become and enjoy tapping the keyboard. That'w when they are about a year's old.

Kids are intelligent with technology these days. They seem to be able to use the television remote control and the mouse of the computer at an early age. Your 3 year old daughter is bright and will be very good at computing when she reaches school. My soon to be 4 years old son has got a laptop. He is learning to play some Thomas the Tank Engine games on it. For his birthday I hope he will be getting some educational CD Roms. Now he is not touching my laptop. My daughter is not yet old enough to have a laptop.

Hi. mtrguanlao. My kids were about 3 and 5 when they started to really learn how to move their way around the computer. Your daughter is very smart! I really do enjoy knowing that my kids can go from website to website. It is so amazing when they are so young at that age and they can figure out what to do.

Hi mtr, my daughter also can play a game in laptop at that age. now she is five she can do more game online. kids are very fast in learning some new lesson. we don't have to teach them, they just have to watch and go..they learn it

Yes,agree with you sender! And I also believe that the vitamins and the food that they eat is also another factor why they are smarter. They are becoming more curious and observant in everything! See yah!
