have you noticed any bruise lately?

Do you also notice some bruises in your skin especially with your Hands of you don't know where you got them?
I do. Sometimes i think if they are caused somehow by too much force especially trying to get on a public transportation, sometimes id get when i think where i might have gotten it, just an idea but well of course you'd always be surprised especially if you only notice it and its not hurting or is not painful at all.
Do you have the same experience?

I think as we get older there are often many times we could get a Bruise somewhere on an arm, or something and not know how it got there. Sometimes it could just be from hitting it somewhere, touching the skin too hard, or maybe something going on inside your body. Personally I would not worry about them unless they are continuously showing up and being painful.

I used to tell myself i was accident prone at work. I would be setting up window displays in a department store and go home with btuises on my hands and arms from it. i wouldn ot even remember bumping anything to get them. they just seemed to appear out of nowhere.

I sometimes have bruises on my foot and on my skin. It often happen when I move across a rough road. I often hit my foot on a hard object. But It is much more later I tend to discover that I had an injury. It is something that we can not control all the time. It happen to us quite unconsciously as we try to get on with our daily living.

Yeah yeah actually just the other day as I was brushing my teeth, I saw a round blue-ish bruise on my arm from the reflection of the mirror. I have no idea how I got it but I tried to press it and it did hurt a bit. I have no idea how it's there :/
